Hiring - Nothing that the owner won't do

As a small business owner, I strive to create a culture where there is not anything that I would ask my guys to do that I am not willing to do, myself. I am a servant leader, in my nature. I want my crew to know that I have gone before them and already done these types of things and will continue to do them, as needed. I lead by example, and I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get dirty like everyone else.
